Planning and Development Consultants, Saddington Taylor, have distributed a leaflet about a proposed residential development on land to the East of Laverton Lane.

Saddingon Taylor have been asked by Mulberry Homes Yorkshire, in partnership with Broadacres, to prepare a reserved matters application for the construction of 33 dwellings on land to the east of Laverton Lane, Kirkby Malzeard. The site has outline planning permission for up to 37 dwellings (Ref. 17/04308/OUTMAJ).
They delivered a consultation leaflet to local residents this week (you can download it, see above).
