FUTURE MEETINGS

This Council holds Ordinary meetings once a month and, if necessary, Extra-ordinary meetings will also be held to deal with urgent issues where a decision is required before the next Ordinary meeting.
All meetings are open to the public and are held in the Annexe room of the Mechanics Institute in Kirkby Malzeard unless otherwise indicated. The Ordinary meetings take place on the last Monday of the month, unless they coincide with a Bank Holiday or Xmas week, when they will usually be held on the previous Monday. Meetings are normally scheduled to start at 7.15pm.
The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council, where the Chair and Vice-Chair are elected, and Council procedural documents are re-adopted etc, will be held in May, 2024.
